Over the weekend, I got some pluot jam and cheese curds (from the farmer's market) and some southern-style biscuits (from the grocery store bakery). I've been consuming them all in one fell swoop: Using both the jam *and* the cheese curds as topping for the biscuits. It's incredibly tasty - I'm not usually a huge fan of mixing cheese and fruit, but the cheese curds are so mild that they just sort of add a nice texture and richness without any undue cheesiness - a good way to liven things up instead of the more mundane butter.
