It's a good thing I like mustard.
Nov. 6th, 2004 10:10 pmIn the city right now for the weekend (again). Went to Amoeba, finally got Bookends by Simon and Garfunkel (thank you Mary and Dad for recommending it; I'm sure I'll be listening to it all next week...).
It feels like I bought books recently, but I'm still working through my new books from last week, and from even before that. Much book happiness -- Diane Duane especially.
Anyway, enough about my consumerism.
Today I walked about a mile up Chestnut St. At the top, I could see what seemed like all of the bay -- Alcatraz, the mountains across the way, everything. I didn't know you could find images like that in the mainland; it made be glad I had walked that way.
Right now I feel somewhat more ambivalent and tired. I think I want another ice cream and drinks run. And maybe watch a video...hmm.
