Cooking notes: Improvised vegetable curry

Sauce base: tomato sauce, tamarind sauce, olive oil
Content: Potatoes, handy-dandy frozen mixed vegetables (need to get something without peas next time. frozen peas are gross.)
Served over: Basmati rice (of course)
