Saturday highlights

I originally tried writing this post as a long narrative, then realized it was so boring I couldn't even bring myself to finish it. So I'm just going to bullet-point the actual interesting bits.

• Having an impromptu picnic near the Embarcadero while watching Angry Dave flirt with not one, but two girls at the same time.
• Rolling up and down steep San Francisco hills in a car full of people screaming in faux terror.
• Seeing a really cute dognosed puffer fish at an aquarium store.
• Later, over drinks, talking with yakkette, Chris, and their friend David about the Lutheran Hajj to Minnesota, and Lutherans' reluctance to light candles unless strictly necessary.
• Also over drinks, talking about how one of my grandfathers was adopted and so I don't know about a large part of my ancestry. At this point David mentioned that when he first met me earlier that night, he'd thought I might be Native American.
